As I’m sure you all know, Kylie Jenner gave birth to her first child, a baby girl, on February 1st. This news, released on February 1st which confirmed all rumors about the subject. You see, typically when a celebrity gets pregnant, although they want to keep their private lives on the down-low, they do decided to alert the public that they are intact pregnant. This was not the case for Kylie Jenner. Supposedly she found out she was pregnant in September of 2017, then 19. A month after, the first rumor of “Kylie Jenner Pregnant” consumed the internet. Although she had not gone into hiding yet, she wore extremely baggy clothes and sweats almost every time she made an outside appearance. Fans knew something was up because anyone that knows Kylie Jenner understands her own obsession with her body, figure and showing it off. Wearing baggy sweatshirts day after day was not like her character. Then, after December ended, Kylie Jenner seemed to completely disappear from the media world completely. Very unlike her. At first, I was a little skeptical of the TMZ rumor because so much of their information is false. However, I was first convinced when I saw helicopter-snapped photos of a “pink pajama party” happening in the backyard of Kylie’s home. Although throwing a random party isn’t completely out of style for the Kardashian family, the photos where able to make out the words “Congratulations” on a couple of balloons. I was skeptical. Next, was an add published of all the Kardashian/Jenner families where all sisters are bearing their midriffs except for Kylie who is hiding under a blanket. Why would they just cover her up? Skeptical. My realizations were met when Kylie revealed she had in fact been pregnant all that time and she was so happy to welcome baby “Stormi” into the world. Although I hate the name and do not think she will be a good mom, I am very happy for Kylie.
In today's age, I feel like Kylie Jenner and the entire Kardashian/Jenner clan is promoting a fabulous lifestyle without thinking about how it may effect younger viewers. They are so obsessed with image to the point where it is unhealthy. The fact that Kris Jenner was okay with the fact that her 20 year old daughter had a child out of wedlock is not something that should be admired.
